Anne M. Master
Associate
Anne’s legal career has focused almost exclusively on the representation of insurers in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Her experience includes evaluating claims in multiple jurisdictions on first and third-party issues as well as the defense of bad faith claims, prosecution and defense of declaratory relief actions, and co-carrier contribution actions. She has also represented insurers in pre-litigation claim procedures, such as examinations under oath. Anne enjoys analyzing complex claims under CGL policies, excess liability policies, and homeowners policies on such diverse topics as construction defects, wrongful death, inverse condemnation, business interruption, and employee dishonesty.
An avid traveler, Anne’s adventures range from scuba diving with sharks in Fiji to climbing to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Anne also enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and walking her dog.
