Jenny was born in Taipei, Taiwan – one day before a massive earthquake hit the tiny island. As a young child, she exchanged one seismically active area for another, when she immigrated to California. A voracious reader, Jenny has always been fascinated with the intricacies of language, and knew from a young age that she would pursue a legal career. She studied English and Rhetoric at Berkeley, before obtaining her law degree at Hastings. 

For more than fifteen years, Jenny has represented insurance companies in first-party property and third-party liability matters. With relish, she tackles complex factual and legal questions; and enjoys employing her legal story-telling skills to educate and persuade. In her time at Pacific Law Partners, Jenny has advised clients on coverage issues, and has represented carriers at all stages of trial and appellate litigation.

Jenny lives in the Bay Area with her educator husband and two children. She is a devoted fan of baseball, mystery novels, and pickled foods.
